Phone: (952) 406-8286
Website: https://www.flyingdutchmanspirits.com/After many years of international travel, Flying Dutchman Spirits founders wanted to share the unique tastes of spirits obtained from far corners of the globe. Much like the legendary ghost ship of the same name, Flying Dutchman Spirits eternally searches to find these new tastes and flavors.
Our Mission: Like our ancestors, the Dutch, who traded tastes in the form of spices to become a 17TH-century trade superpower and our aviation pioneers that made globalization possible we intend to share something unique in craft spirits.
Our Promise: To use our many years of brewing and tasting experience, modern technology, and sustainable processes to craft spirits that reflect our reverence for all of the places, cultures, food and drink discovered in our collective years of world travel.
Our Process: To provide inspired flavors from around the world, minimize our environmental footprint, and create a consistently delicious product we needed to embrace new technology. We scoured the globe and found Hagyo distilling in Miskolc, Hungary. Hagyo’s unsurpassed technology is so advanced it reduces our consumption of resources and improves the consistency and quality of our product. It’s so advanced that while we seek new product inspirations in other countries, we can control distillations as they occur in Eden Prairie!

Website: http://volsteadhouse.comOur Cocktails are classics from the 1800’s and early 1900’s. In the beginning, everything was simple. People used what they could find, adding new ingredients or processes as they became available. More and more people begin to work with this new trend, everyone adding their own twist or adaptation. The original product begins to get more and more complex as competitors try to outdo each other with the most extreme versions they can find. The product becomes so complex that the people buying the product yearn for something simpler. Food and drink are not immune to this arc. We want to start a movement back to the basics, restoring these classic drinks of the past!

Warming House with Ted H. and Leslie R.
8PMAbout this Event
Ted Hajnasiewicz
Driven to write the perfect song, Minneapolis-born singer/songwriter Ted Hajnasiewicz is constantly composing, learning, listening, playing and singing. “This Is What I Do”, is a culmination of years of song crafting. This is a sort of “greatest hits” package, compiling Ted’s favorite songs into one album to provide a relatable soundtrack for the lover, the loser, the sinner and the saint – roles we all play at any given moment in life.
Leslie Rich
A keen story-teller, Leslie Rich has been the principal songwriter, singer and guitarist for bands such as indie rockers, Emily Ryder, and the Celtic folk bands, A Little Of The Ready and Hounds of Finn. He has been the main driving force behind the rock band Rocket Soul Choir since 1994. The Rocket Soul Choir have released two albums, Geeklove in 1999 and The Written Lie in 2002 on the Immortal Recordings (Ireland) label, and an EP, Kidder’s Son in 2016 on Loud Folk Records.
In 2018 he released the solo album My History of the North, documenting the influences of the traditionally Celtic, and frustrated punk music coming out of Northern Ireland during his teens. His music is the kid wallowing in the muddy puddle created by the influences of Rock, Americana, Punk and Celtc music.

Schram Vineyards
6PM8785 Airport Rd
Waconia MNinfo@schramvineyards.com
In October 2006, when Aaron first met Ashley at an Oktoberfest party in Minneapolis, he told her of his lifelong dream to start a vineyard and winery. As native Wisconsin farm-boy, Aaron had started making wine in college for fun and continued this hobby when he moved to Minneapolis for work in the corporate world. Ashley, an uptown girl, soon found that his passion and ambition about this venture were contagious…enough for her to trade in her heels for rubber boots. The two set out to chase the dream together.
In 2008, while both still working full time jobs in the city, they found a little slice of heaven in Waconia, with a serene lake view, and fields perfect for growing grapes. They started a family, and so the adventure began: 5 years, 2 kids, 2 dogs, 4,000 grapevines, a few gray hairs and countless projects later, the winery opened to the public in the summer of 2013, with their first commercial vintages under their outdoor pavilion bar.
When Aaron discovered from a friend and beer enthusiast that they had a lot of equipment to brew beer as well, he turned to Ashley and said, “We should start a brewery too.” Considering how they met, it was meant to be. A brewery crew was carefully selected, their recipes perfected, and the brewery launched in June 2014, making Schram Vineyards the first singly owned and operated winery & brewery in Minnesota.
The brand new tasting and tap room, complete with wine cellar, was built and completed in the fall of 2014. The last decade has been a whirlwind of constant activity, projects and growth, which could not have all been done without the support of friends, family, staff, and customers.
Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery is becoming known as a must-stop destination spot where guests can taste and appreciate a variety of quality and serious wines alongside distinctive craft brews, all made right on-site. The Schram family still lives at the vineyard with their children and dogs, so if you see them walking by in their rubber boots, say hello!

Lift Bridge Brewery
6PMAddress: 1900 Tower Dr W, Stillwater, MN 55082
Lift Bridge Brewing Company is a Minnesota-based craft brewery located in Stillwater, Minnesota. It is Minnesota’s 6th largest Craft brewery, well known for its flagship beers Farm Girl Saison® and Hop Dish® IPA. Lift Bridge currently distributes in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota. In 2018 the brewery produced over 19,000 barrels.
Lift Bridge Brewing Co. was founded in 2008 by homebrewers: Brad Glynn (current VP Marketing and Operations), Dan Schwarz (current CEO), Trevor Cronk and Jim Pierson. Originally brewing only for friends and family, they eventually began brewing bigger batches and sold their first keg of beer in September of 2008. In 2010 they moved into their current brewery space, eventually opening a taproom in 2011 taking advantage of the law allowing craft beer brewers to sell pints directly from the brewery. It is currently the oldest operating Taproom in the State of Minnesota. January of 2018 Lift Bridge announced expansion into a new facility that will be open sometime in 2019, that will carry Lift Bridge into a future filled with more delicious beer.
In 2014, Lift Bridge became one of the first breweries in Minnesota to brew non-alcoholic craft root beer. Originally, the product was only available in the taproom until it was canned for retail distribution in 2017. Mini-Donut Cream Soda was released in 2018 and Black Cherry Soda in 2019, both in 16 oz cans and distributed throughout the entire distribution footprint.
2019 also kicked off the launch of Lift Bridge Hard Seltzers in 12oz slim cans. Introducing 3 mouth-watering flavors including: St. Croix Berries, Voyageur Citrus, and Northwoods Juice Box. Lift Bridge Hard Seltzer boasts a 5.0 percent ABV with 120 calories and two grams of sugar. There are also taproom-only flavors of Hard Seltzer that will be featured throughout the year.
